arrow Overview:

Europa is seeking a Full-Time Returns Coordinator, based out of our Fresno, CA facility. Casual work environment with excellent benefits package.


arrow Experience Requested:

*Candidate must be professional, dependable, able to handle multi-tasking and maintain confidentiality.
*Candidate must have a high level of communication and organizational skills.
*Professional phone etiquette is required.
*Previous Customer Service experience preferred.


arrow Responsibilities:

*Handling all customer and vendor returns
*Checking in all returns and issuing call tags
*Keying credit memos
*Researching errors and running daily error reports
*Working with all departments to ensure returns are handled in a timely fashion
*Filing damaged UPS and Freight claims.
