Overview:
At Europa Sports, our Customer Service (CS) team provides industry-leading service and support to new and existing customers. Our CS reps are the first point of contact for customers with questions and concerns; we also process orders, track shipments, and educate customers on products new to market. All potential candidates must have great communication, listening and problem-solving skills. Our CS team helps build and maintain strong relationships with our customers by providing memorable service with every call.
Experience Requested:
* Previous customer service experience preferred * Telemarketing experience * Computer experience - Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word * Background in exercise science a plus * Background in sports supplements a plus
