Overview:

Experienced AR/ Collections Associate will be accomplished in commercial collections. A customer-focused and results-oriented professional, this candidate will interface with Sales and Returns to effectively evaluate account status. Casual work environment with excellent benefits package.

*2+ years A/R and/or collections experience with Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
*Accomplished in collections, legal recovery and filing proof of claims
*Commercial collections experience (excluding consumer collections experience)
*Detail oriented with excellent follow up skills
*Excellent organizational and analytical skills
*Strong CS and PC skills (Excel/Outlook a must, JDEdwards preferred)
*Proficient in reconciling and problem solving
*Manufacturing or Distribution environment preferred
*Communicate effectively (verbal and written) and exercise good judgment
