Overview:

Experienced AP Associate will be a dependable, self-directed professional. This candidate will be responsible for the timely payment of vendor invoices and accurate G/L coding of expenses, vendor account reconcilations, research of past dues/discrepancies for shortages, damages, pricing errors, missing paperwork, etc. Casual work environment with excellent benefits package.

*3+ years accounting experience with Bachelor.s degree or equivalent experience
*2+ years of Accounts Payable 3-way voucher match experience required
*Detail oriented with excellent follow up skills
* Ability to work well as a part of a team in a high volume environment
*Must have a high level of moral and ethical codes
*Well organized; Results oriented
*Strong organizational, analysis and analytical skills
*MS Excel knowledge required, JDEdwards experience preferred
*Able to handle confidential information, multiple tasks and exercise good judgment and problem solving skills
*Communicate effectively (verbal and written) with vendors, customers and management
