Overview:

Europa is seeking an Operations Manager in Fresno, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire distribution center, its organization and scheduling of staff. Candidate will direct the operations functions to ensure the facility is run in a productive and cost-efficient manner. Daily duties include, but not limited to directing day to day activities involving customer service, route sales, shipping, receiving, sanitation, maintenance, inventory control and production. Candidate also responsible for generating budget requirements, safety programs within OSHA's local and state regulations and progressive disciplinary functions in areas of counseling, oral and written warnings.

*Successfully operate and oversee those within a team environment
*Possess forward thinking with ability to complete tasks independently a must
*5 - 7 years of Operations and/or Management experience preferred
*Must have excellent communication, organizational and supervisory skills
*Skilled at multi-tasking and working at a fast pace under time constraints *Able to maintain confidentiality
