FDA Warns Consumers to Stop Using Hydroxycut Products

Per Iovate and the FDA, here are the instructions for returning recalled products.

Proceed with your return within 60 days (from start date of May 11, 2009). Product Return deadline is July 10, 2009.

1. Contact your Europa sales representative or Europa Returns Department at 1.800.447.4795 ext. 1102.

2. Request a Return Authorization Number(RA#) from Europa Sports. For Return Policy, visit Europa Returns

3. Download Hydroxycut Correspondence for Retailers.pdf. Follow all instructions outlined in form.

4. Starting on page 3, write out the number of products you have in the left hand margin. Then total the number of products you have for each category. See example

5. Complete form. Make 3 copies.

6. Fax, Email or Mail completed form to:

7. Pack up recalled product and enclose 1 copy of completed Recall Response form with shipment prepared for return to Europa Sports Products.

8. Write Europa Sports RA# on outside of all boxes within shipment and “Product Subject to Recall”

9. Contact your local Fed-Ex location at 1.800.463.3339 and reference return authorization and request a product pick up. Use account number Fed-Ex US: Ground 4722-1568-0. All shipping charges will be billed to Iovate Fed-Ex account.

10. Send your shipment to your closest Europa Sports Distribution Centers listed below:
